The Alliance is composed of a nominated group of representatives from the various organisations within the Industry:

British Pest Control Association (BPCA)

Established in 1942, BPCA members are drawn from UK organisations who either eradicate public health and nuisance pests, or who manufacture and distribute the required products and equipment.

The Association places great importance on promoting the highest standards of professionalism within the industry and plays a major role in enhancing these standards by way of training courses, online learning and examinations, publications, exhibitions and conferences.

The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH)

CIEH is a non-governmental organisation and professional, awarding and campaigning body at the forefront of environmental and public health and safety. Based in London, it is the professional body for environmental health professionals in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

In 2001, CIEH set up a specialist pest management panel, the National Pest Advisory Panel (NPAP) whose remit is to provide advice on all matters relevant to the control of urban and rural pests.
National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA)

NPTA is a professional membership association that aims to raise the profile of professional pest control by liaising with other organisations, associations and government bodies.

NPTA works hard to ensure that technicians have a voice within the industry and that consideration is given to the environment and non-target species.
